Oysters + BBQ = Simple!





Ingredients – serves 4
– 12 pacific oysters
– 2 lemons, sliced into wedges
– tabasco sauce
– worcestershire sauce


Tools
– BBQ
– tongs
– paring or oyster knife


Instructions
This is too easy, seriously.
Heat up the BBQ.
Slice the lemon into wedges.
Bring out the sauces.
Place the oysters, still in the shell and cup side down, on to the BBQ. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from the BBQ and use the paring or oyster knife to open the shell. Insert the knife and twist until the muscles of the oyster are detached.
Serve on the cup side of the oyster.
Add lemon juice & sauces as you please!


Oysters a la BBQ complete!
